Registration and Enrollment Instructions

If a class is FULL:

Continue to Enroll following the steps below to be put on a WAITLISTIf you are on a waitlist, you do not need to pay tuition until you are notified that a space is available for you. 

Individual Students

  1. Complete your "Profile" form, click “Update”. If processed, you will receive a “Your profile has been updated successfully” message.

  2. Then, click on "Enroll In Class" located on the black menu bar.

  3. Select the name of “Student”, then select “Class” and finally click the blue “Enroll In Class” button.

  4. Next, you will be prompted to pay via PayPal or credit/debit card. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can pay as a GUEST. Please leave your Full Name and Email Address, class registration information (WHO is registering for WHAT class) in the memo box. 

Parents Enrolling Themselves and Children

  1. Fill out your Parent "Profile" form 

  2. Then, create a "Child Profile"

  3. Then, click on "Enroll in Class" on the black menu bar.

  4. Select the “Student” you wish to enroll and select “Class”, then click the blue “Enroll In Class” button.

  5. You will be prompted to pay via PayPal or credit/debit card. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can pay as a GUEST. Please leave your Full Name and Email Address, class registration information (WHO is registering for WHAT class) in the memo box. 

  6. Once the first payment has been processed, select “Return to Merchant” on the PayPal page. You will be directed back to our website and have the option to enroll and pay for additional student enrollment(s).

  7. You will need to repeat this process for each student enrollment.

Parents Enrolling Children

  1. You must create your Parent "Profile" first. Complete the "Profile" form, click “Update”. If processed, you will receive a “Your profile has been updated successfully” message.

  2. Then, click “Add a Child” located on the black menu bar.

  3. Next, create a “Child Profile”.

  4. Once you have created both profiles, select “Enroll in a Class” on the black menu bar. 

  5.  Select the “Student” you wish to enroll and select “Class, then click the blue “Enroll In Class” button. 

  6. You will be prompted to pay via PayPal or credit/debit card. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can pay as a GUEST. Please leave your Full Name and Email Address, class registration information (WHO is registering for WHAT class) in the memo box. 

IMPORTANT NOTE!

Your enrollment is NOT FINAL until your tuition is paid in full. Please be sure to complete your payment. We will provide a 3-day grace period for payment, but after that time, if tuition has not been paid, we will release the space for another student based upon the time/date stamp of original enrollment.
